Theatre Etiquette and Rules

  • Be on time. Plan ahead to allow time for travel and parking. Late seating is not permitted.
  • Put your mobile phone on silent, or preferable power it off. Place it in your pocket or purse and leave it there until intermission and the end of the show. We have a no tolerance policy on phone use and violators will be escorted out of the theatre with no refund.
  • No outside food or drink per MATCH policies.
  • Recording or photographing any part of the show is strictly prohibited.
  • Please no talking during the performance. Be respectful of others around you.
  • We love your enthusiasm, but please don’t sing or act with the performers. This isn’t a concert and you’re not in your living room.
  • Disruptive behavior is not tolerated. You will be escorted out without a refund. Security and Police are available to intervene as necessary.

Our Playbill

Our playbill (aka program) that showcases the actors and crew, and tells a little about the play, is traditionally a printed handout. We have made a greener choice and our playbill is virtual. A QR code will be displayed before the show that you can scan (just like a restaurant menu) and you can peruse the playbill before the show on your mobile device. We just ask that you put your device away when the show starts!
