Please be advised that certain performances may feature fog or haze effects, flashing (strobe) lights, loud noises such as gunshots, as well as elements of blood and gore, and mature language and situations, including nudity. A notice will be posted at the theatre entrance when these elements are present.

You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the performance. Concessions will be available before the show and during intermission.

Please note that the house opens approximately 30 minutes before the performance begins. Late seating is not permitted.

Parking information will be posted for any venue where we perform.

Our playbill, which provides information about the actors, crew, and the play itself, is traditionally a printed handout. In our commitment to sustainability, we have transitioned to a virtual playbill. A QR code will be displayed prior to the performance, which you can scan with your mobile device to access the playbill. We kindly request that you store your device once the performance begins.

• Please arrive on time and allow sufficient time for travel and parking, as late seating is not permitted.
• Ensure that your mobile phone is set to silent or powered off, and keep it stored in your pocket or purse until intermission or the end of the performance. We maintain a strict no-tolerance policy regarding phone use, and violators may be asked to leave the theatre without a refund.
• In accordance with our venue’s policies, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Recording or photographing any part of the performance is strictly prohibited.
• We ask that you refrain from talking during the performance to ensure a respectful environment for all attendees.
• While we appreciate your enthusiasm, please do not sing or participate with the performers.
• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being escorted out of the theatre without a refund. Security and police are available to assist if necessary.

There is no formal dress code for our performances. Attendees are welcome to wear attire that suits their personal comfort, whether it be a nice shirt and trousers or more casual clothing. Please note that the theatre may be cool, so bringing a sweatshirt or sweater is recommended.
