Beguiled Theatre Company FAQs about tickets, auditions, theatre etiquette, accessibility, and everything you need to enjoy our shows.
We open the house for seating 20 minutes before curtain. Evening shows typically begin at 7:30 PM, and matinees start at 2:30 PM. Please check the specific show’s page for exact times. We do not allow late seating, so be sure to arrive early!
- We hold auditions approximately 6 to 8 weeks before a show’s premiere. You can find all audition details on our Audition Page.
If we cancel a performance, we’ll notify guests as quickly as possible. You can transfer your ticket to another performance of your choice.
If you’re unable to attend any of the remaining performances, you have the following options:
Choose a different production from the current BTC season.
Donate the ticket’s value back to BTC as a tax-deductible contribution.
Request a refund.

Beguiled Theatre is a firearms-free space. We do not allow firearms—including handguns, shotguns, and rifles, whether concealed or openly carried—on any Beguiled Theatre premises, including rented venues.
This policy complies with Texas Penal Code sections 30.06 and 30.07. You can find more details about these laws in both English and Spanish.

At Beguiled Theatre Company, we strive to create a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please follow these guidelines during your visit:
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive or disorderly.
Arrive on time. Plan ahead for travel and parking. We do not allow late seating under any circumstances.
Silence or power off your phone before the show begins. Keep it in your pocket or bag for the duration of the performance. We strictly prohibit phone use—violators will be removed without a refund.
No outside food or drinks are allowed, in accordance with venue policies.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Do not record or photograph any part of the performance.
Remain quiet during the show. Talking disturbs those around you.
Please don’t sing or act along with the performers. This is live theatre, not a concert.
Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders will be escorted out without a refund. Security and police are available if needed.

All ticket sales are final. However, if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance, you may request to attend a different performance of the same show—pending availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
