  • The house opens for seating 20 minutes prior to curtain. 
  • Curtain times are typically 7:30PM for evening performances and 2:30PM for matinees. Please check the show’s page for the specific schedule.
  • Late seating is not permitted.
  • Auditions are held approximately 6 to 8 weeks prior to the show’s premier.

Should a performance be canceled, guests will be notified as quickly as possible.  The ticket for the canceled performance may be moved to another performance of your choice. 

If a guest is not able to attend any of the remaining performances, they may do one of the following:

  1. Select another production of the current BTC season to attend.
  2. Donate the value back to BTC for as a tax-deductible donation.
  3. Request a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the production’s final performance.

Beguiled Theatre is firearms-free. Firearms, including without limitation – handguns, shotguns, and rifles (whether concealed or openly carried) are prohibited on Beguiled Theatre premises – including venues where we rent space.  See Penal Code sections 30.06 and 30.07 for more information in English and Spanish.   • You can make a donation through our secure form on the support page, or by contacting us directly to set up a sponsorship.
  • BTC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and ensures that your donations are tax-deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly.
  • Be on time. Plan ahead to allow time for travel and parking. Late seating is not permitted.
  • Put your mobile phone on silent, or preferably, power it off. Place it in your pocket or purse and leave it there until the end of the show. We have a no tolerance policy on phone use and violators will be escorted out of the theatre with no refund.
  • No outside food or drink per venue policies.
  • Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted.
  • Recording or photographing any part of the show is strictly prohibited.
  • Please no talking during the performance. Be respectful of others around you.
  • We love your enthusiasm, but please don’t sing or act with the performers. This isn’t a concert and you’re not in your living room.
  • A policy worth repeating – Disruptive behavior is not tolerated. You will be escorted out without a refund. Security and Police are available to intervene as necessary.

All ticket sales are final. With 24 hour advanced notice, guests may request to attend a different performance of the same show, pending availability.
